For cycling shorts/knicks a M is generally a 30"-32" inch waist, L is 33"-34", XL is 35"-36" and XXL is 37"-38".  This can differ however as different styles are different sizes, please check the next question for a better understanding of the fit. How do I know which size to take? The best way to understand the fit of any apparel is to compare the measurements on the listing to measurements of your own clothes, even if they aren't cycling clothes, you will get a good understanding of the fit. Yes we do.  The first item you buy costs AU9.50 for domestic shipping or AU$13.50 for overseas shipping.  Each additional item after that will only cost an extra AU$3.  For example, 2 items delivered to Australia would cost AU$12.50.
